Travis Humphreys, C.P.O. is a Nevada native who graduated from Reed High School and the University of Nevada, Reno. While attending U.N.R. he worked at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center as a physical therapy aide and became interested in the field of Prosthetics and Orthotics. Travis went on to attend University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and completed his residency in Northern California. Since 1997 he has been serving the Reno/Sparks area and surrounding communities. Travis’s primary goal is to provide personalized, compassionate, quality healthcare to his patients and the community he services. Travis resides in Sparks with his wife and their two sons. In his free time, Travis likes to camp with his friends and family and spend time in the outdoors.
Matt Legasse has lived in Reno, Nevada since 1997. He and his family moved from the town of Stockbridge, Michigan. With his Dad being a technician in the P & O field, Matt always knew he wanted to work in Orthotics & Prosthetics. He spent most of his years growing up going to work with his Dad. While attending Hug High School, Matt worked as a technician for Nova Care until he graduated in 1999. Upon starting his college studies, he continued in the field as an Orthotic Fitter for Reno Orthopedic Appliance and enrolled in the B.O.C. Orthotist Accreditation program, which he completed in 2009 and became a Certified Orthotist. Matt is very passionate about his work and prides himself in being able to assist people in improving their lives. Matt and his wife Emily have three children.
Gina is originally from Central California. She graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. From there she went on to attend California State University, Dominguez Hills where she graduated with a Master’s degree in Orthotics and Prosthetics. Gina completed her Orthotics Residency at the University of Oklahoma Children’s Hospital and has joined ABILITY Prosthetics and Orthotics for her Prosthetic Residency. Gina is happy to move into private practice where she can focus more on individual patient care. She is very excited to be living and working in Reno. Outside of the office, she enjoys weight lifting, kayaking and going to the dog park with her fiancé and their two dogs.
CPA Certified Prosthetic Assistant
Josh is a Certified Prosthetic Assistant with over 40 years of experience as an Amputee himself. Josh finds the greatest enjoyment in uniquely designing Prosthetics, which is evident in the leg he designed for himself that sports a built in blue tooth speaker and LED lights. Josh’s exceptional Prosthetic designs have been featured in Amplitude, O & P Edge, The Idaho Press Tribune, and local television news stations. Josh also spends a great deal of time volunteering amongst the Deaf community and is fluent in the American Sign Language.

Tina Humphreys graduated from the University Nevada Reno with a Bachelor of Science Degree and is a Certified Fitter of Mastectomy. Tina is honored to be the mastectomy fitter for ABILITY Prosthetics and Orthotics. While attending UNR, she worked as a Physical Therapy technician at Saint Mary's Hospital and spent most of her career in Human Resources and Office Administration. She is a proud mother to Tyler and Trenton and enjoys running, tennis, and anything involving the outdoors!

Shauna has over 20 years of experience in Healthcare with an emphasis on customer service and leadership and is a Certified Fitter of Mastectomy. She brings great enthusiasm and passion when it comes to patient care and is excited about our P & O field. In her spare time, she enjoys spending quality time and traveling with her two boys Derek and Dylan.
Jane has had the pleasure of working in healthcare for over 15 years. One of the things she enjoys most about being part of the Ability team is seeing the profound affect that prosthetics and orthotics have on people's lives. Jane enjoys painting, gardening and spending time with her husband Clint and four children-Zack, Jordan, Deven and Clinton and two dogs-Max and Beowulf.
We are excited to have Shelby join our Ability family. Shelby has worked in the healthcare industry for over 6 years and is continuing her education in Healthcare Management. In her spare time, she enjoys camping, hiking and anything outdoors with her daughter Autumn.
I have been working in the clerical field for seven years and more specifically the medical field for the past three years. I enjoy the interaction with the wide range of people you meet in the medical community. I am excited to join the ABILITY team and be a part of their mission in how they care for their patients! I enjoy spending time outdoors with my husband, Roger, and my two beautiful girls Melanie and Mila. We enjoy trips to the park, the beach, and grabbing some ice cream from time to time!
